The Apartment

The apartment is the only independent unit in the building. Recently built in 2023, it is located on the attic floor. It measures approximately 60 s.m. There is a bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. A fully equipped living/kitchen area (induction stove, refrigerator, washing machine), a bathroom, and a stunning sea-view terrace. Additionally, in the living/kitchen area, a comfortable sofa converts into a bed, accommodating two additional guests. There are no doors between the bedroom and living areas, only a small hallway. The apartment is ideal for an entire family wishing to discover Sicily without sacrificing comfort.

I stayed for a month in this cozy rooftop apartment that soon felt like home. Salvatore was more than a host, he became a friend throughout my stay and I really appreciated his kindness towards me, from the first to the last day, while I was visiting Sicily for the first time. I loved sitting at the terrace while listening to the ocean, and felt the creative vibe of the B&B inspiring me. There are 3 really cute cafes around the corner and the bus to Catania is pretty okay as well. I liked Aci Trezza more tho! It’s an own kind of magic.
