We Have compiled a list of answers to common questions.
- How can I pay for my stay?
You can pay cash for your stay or using a Visa/ MasterCard credit card. You can also pay with bancomat, a bank transfer or bitcoin.
- It is easy to park nearby?
You can park your vehicle along the street in front of the B&B. Alternatively we can offer a private parking against a small daily fee, just few meters away from La Scivola Rooms.
- Can you leave your luggage after check-out?
Sure. If your return is planned for the evening and you still want to enjoy the last moments of your holiday or take the opportunity for the last swim, don’t worry we will store your bags for you. We also offer you the opportunity to take a quick shower before leaving.
- Times to be respected?
Once you arrived at the B&B we will give you your keys so you are free to come and go as you like. Just please remember our time for check-in from 01pm to 10pm, check-out until 10:30am and breakfast, from 8 to 10 am.
- How far is from . . . ?
Only thirty meters separate La Scivola Rooms from the Jonio Sea. 50 m away is the first bus stop which leads to Catania. Few minutes walk away, you will find the heart of the village of Acitrezza with its square dominated by the view of the ancient shipyards. Do not miss the chance to enjoy the traditional Sicilian ‘granita’, choosing one from the typical café bar surrounding the area. You can also discover Acireale the mythical land of Aci and Galatea only 10 minutes’ drive. 15’ from Catania, 40’ from Taormina and 50’ from Etna. Within an hour, however, you will even get to Syracuse.
- Do you need a car?
If you prefer to visit the beautiful cities of Sicily, we suggest you rent a car.
