Originally conceived as an elegant private villa, the building is arranged over three levels overlooking an internal courtyard. Unique in the area for its architectural style, it remained uninhabited for many years until our family acquired it and carried out a careful restoration and renovation, bringing the building back to life.
Since 2014, the villa has operated as a B&B, taking on the distinctive character of a Spanish “corrala”. There are no aisles, and the rooms are accessed via an external balcony overlooking the central courtyard. This layout enhances light, air, and a sense of openness, while preserving privacy and quiet.

In 2023, the attic floor was also renovated and adapted to create an independent holiday home, expanding the hospitality offering while respecting the original structure.

Today, the villa is a refined and welcoming space, designed to meet the needs of guests seeking comfort, authenticity, and a genuine sense of hospitality in the land of the Cyclops.
